I started building for WordPress when the ecosystem still felt small enough to know everyone shipping serious plugins. What began with client work grew into products used across more than 800,000 active WordPress installations.
Today I lead engineering at Code Atlantic, where we maintain Popup Maker, Content Control, and User Menus. The job is equal parts product architecture, backwards compatibility, customer empathy, and making careful decisions at the scale of hundreds of thousands of websites.
Outside WordPress, I work with my wife, April Iser, through Iser Media LLC, the company and legal home behind our portfolio. It brings together projects we each lead and work we share. My part is rarely just technical: I build products and systems, run growth and advertising, handle operations, and do the physical work needed to turn ideas into something real. The same is true on our rural Florida homestead, where I’m usually the heavy-lifting workhorse, builder, and practical engineer, while April and I split the gardening.
